Sinabro means progress slowly but surely without noticing in Korean where Sujin came from.

It describes really well how we managed 

successful 7 years on Battersea Rise 

without any commercial marketing or media support

thanks to our lovely local neighbours and friends 

who understand our passion for quality cuisine.  

It's hard to categorize our cuisine, but we can say

it's French Bistro in general.

Yoann always look for the delicious balance of  seasonal and exotic ingredients based on his

28 years of experience in French fine dining.
