"Sinabro" is a Korean word that means slowly, quietly, steadily and that pretty much sums up our journey

here on Battersea Rise over the last 11 years.

We’ve grown through word of mouth.  No PR/marketing campaigns or media buzz.   Just genuine support from our neighbours and regulars who’ve kept coming back. That quiet loyalty means everything to us.

At the heart of Sinabro is Yoann, who brings 32 years of experience in French fine dining to the kitchen.

That depth of knowledge shows in every dish, with carefully balanced flavours, seasonal ingredients, and the occasional unexpected twist.   It's just proper cooking with real thought behind it.

For us, Sinabro isn’t just a restaurant. It’s something we’ve nurtured and grown with, a part of our lives that continues to evolve, quietly and steadily.
