Husband and wife duo Yoann and Sujin opened Sinabro and brought
Modern French Cuisine to Battersea Rise, London in June 2014.
Yoann is the lone Chef and Sujin works the Front of house.
French-born Head Chef, Yoann Chevet is creating his dishes focusing on fresh and seasonal British, French and Korean ingredients. He has a solid background in French fine dining, having been involved in the industry for 27 years.
Yoann worked for some of the highest-regarded restaurants including Taillevent,
Le Meurice, La Table de Joël Robuchon in Paris and moved to London
for the opening of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon as a Sous Chef in 2006.
This restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in the following year.
He also joined the opening and 1st Michelin star of Hélène Darroze at the
Connaught as a Sous Chef and also 1 Michelin star of Galvin at Windows.
Sujin graduated from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, South Korea
with a BA of International Office Administration and started her career
as an office administrative manager. Due to her free -spirited nature, she decided to move her to the aviation industry. She worked for Asiana Airlines,
as a Flight Attendant and travelled extensively.
As her interest grew in food and different cultures, she decided to retrain
at Le Cordon Blue in Paris and studied Cuisine, Patisserie and Oenology.
She worked at Pavillon Ledoyen and La Table de Joel Robuchon where
she met her life long companion.
She personally selects all of the wines in Sinabro's cellar, with various grape varieties, primarily from small producers in France.
