3.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.
3.2 It is prohibited by law to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. We will not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with us you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or in the case of the wine being a gift you also confirm that the recipient is 18 or over. You also confirm that the information that you give is correct and truthful.
3.3 The contract between us shall be governed by the Laws of the United Kingdom and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of United Kingdom. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
4.1 All orders that are being placed on this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 Acceptance of order and completion of contract are made once the order is confirmed by us and payment is being processed. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
4.3 We reserve the right not to accept any order due to one or more of the following:
4.3.1 The product is out of stock.
4.3.2 Payment has not being authorised.
4.3.3 Error in pricing or product description.
4.3.4 The criteria in clause 3.2 in these Terms and Conditions are not being met.
4.3.5 Technical failure of the website
4.4 All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply you with your request, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4.5 Once the order has been dispatched we will send you a dispatch confirmation via email.
4.6 On occasion the product specification may change. If this does happen, we will do our best to contact you to offer you a substitute item of the same or better quality, at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement item offered to you, we will refund you for the original unavailable item.
4.7 Please make sure to read the labels on the packaging for any allergy inquiries. Do not solely rely on the information given on the website as mistakes can occur.
4.8 All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
4.9 All images of products in terms of colour etc. might vary from the computer screen view. We cannot guarantee that the image is an identical representation of the product.
All our products are being produced, where applicable, and stored in an environment where nuts are being used. Product may therefore contain traces of nuts.
Risk of damage or loss to the goods supplied passes to you when delivery is attempted whether successful or not. We cannot accept any claim for damage or deterioration after the delivery has been made. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7.1 Delivery Area: SW3, SW4, SW8, SW10, SW11, SW12, SW17, SW18. Other areas need to contact Sinabro to arrange separate delivery.
7.2 Delivery fee is £4.50 and free for orders over £75. No minimum order.
7.3 You can select preferred delivery date within opening hours. Otherwise, orders before 4pm will be delivered next working day between 4-6pm. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
7.4 Please make sure the delivery address and postcode are correct as we take no liability for goods being undelivered due to incorrect/inaccurate address details.
7.5 If the incorrect shipping address or no recipient upon the delivery driver's arrival, we reserve the right to ask for additional payment to cover the cost of shipping. It is your responsibility that someone will be at the address to accept the delivery when being made. Failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled. Once your order is dispatched, non-refundable.
7.6 Driver will require a photo ID for Wines delivery.
7.7 All delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee any delivery at any exact time.
7.8 Please contact us by email within 24 hours of expected delivery if your order has not arrived. The address is: email@example.com or text: 07882317207. We will respond within the next business day at the latest.
7.9 Click & Collect, Drive-Through is free and no minimum order. Orders before 4pm will be available to pick up next working day from 4pm. You can select preferred Date within our opening hours. We’ll keep your order for 24h. Sourdough bread is available to pick up anytime during the opening hours. Once your order is prepared, non-refundable.
8. Payment / prices
8.1 All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) otherwise stated.
8.2 Payment must be made when placing the order. This also applies to any pre-ordered items.
8.3 We accept payment by Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
8.4 When using the card you confirm that you are the cardholder or have permission to make payment with the card by the cardholder.
8.5 The price you will be charged is the price stated on the website at the time we receive your order. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price has been given, we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you would like to go ahead with you order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we fail to get in contact with you we will cancel the order in respect of the incorrect priced product.
8.6 Please make sure you receive a receipt of payment via email as well as a confirmation of your order. Failure of either to arrive might indicate that the order has not gone through successfully.
8.7 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time at our discretion before, but not after, we accept orders.
You have the right to cancel your booking with 24 hours notice to avoid no-show or late-cancel fee.
10. Returns and Refunds
10.1 Once we prepare your order, we cannot issue a refund.
10.2 Ready to cook foods and desserts are not refundable unless faulty.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us. The content of this website (including without limitation any text, video, audio, audio-visual materials and graphics) may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without our prior written consent, except as stated below.
11.2 You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your own personal and non-commercial use and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
12. Gifts Voucher
12.1 Gift Vouchers can be used within 1 year from the date purchased.
12.2 FOOD SHOP: Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to use Gift Voucher at 'Food Shop'.
12.3 RESTARUANT: Simply show us confirmation email when you pay your bill. We don't deliver separate voucher.
