Husband and wife duo Yoann and Sujin opened Sinabro and brought

Modern French Cuisine to Battersea Rise, London in June 2014.  

Yoann is the lone Chef and Sujin works as a Front of House.

 

French-born Chef, Yoann Chevet is creating his dishes focusing on fresh and seasonal ingredients.  

 

Yoann worked for some of the highest-regarded restaurants including Taillevent,

Le Meurice, La Table de Joël Robuchon in Paris and moved to London

for the opening of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in 2006.  

He also joined the opening and 1st Michelin star of Hélène Darroze at the

Connaught and also 1 Michelin star of Galvin at Windows.

 

Sujin worked for Asiana Airlines, as a Flight Attendant and traveled extensively.  

As her interest grew in foods and different cultures, she decided to retrain

at Le Cordon Blue in Paris and studied Cuisine, Patisserie and Oenology.  

She worked at Pavillon Ledoyen and La Table de Joel Robuchon where 

she met her lifelong companion.  

 

They select all of the wines in the Sinabro's cellar, with various grape varieties, primarily from the winemakers in France.
