Introducing fine dining to Battersea Rise, London, Sinabro first welcomed guests on 18 June 2014. Led by husband-and-wife team Yoann & Sujin Chevet, the restaurant is shaped by their shared vision of warm, intimate dining. He runs the kitchen as sole chef, while she looks after the front of house, together creating a relaxed and personal dining experience.

Born in Loire-et-Cher, France, Yoann began his culinary journey at the age of 14.

His cuisine is rooted in French gastronomy, showcasing seasonal ingredients with subtle influences from his wife Sujin’s Korean heritage. Throughout his career, he has trained

and worked in some of France’s and London’s most celebrated Michelin-starred restaurants, including Taillevent, Le Meurice, and La Table de Joël Robuchon in Paris.

In 2006, he joined the opening team of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in London and later played a key role in the development of both Hélène Darroze at The Connaught and

Galvin at Windows, contributing to their achievement of Michelin stars.

After graduating from Ewha Womans University in Korea, Sujin began her career as a flight attendant for Asiana Airlines, travelling extensively across the world and developing a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and hospitality. She later pursued her passion for cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, where she obtained diplomas in cuisine, pastry, and oenology. She went on to build her experience in several Michelin-starred restaurants, including Pavillon Ledoyen and La Table de Joël Robuchon, where she met Yoann.

Her passion for hospitality, food, wine, and international culture shapes the warm and attentive service that defines the Sinabro experience.

Together, they carefully curate Sinabro’s wine cellar, hand-selecting bottles that showcase a diverse range of grape varieties and terroirs, with a particular focus on exceptional winemakers from across France.
