Husband and wife duo Yoann and Sujin embarked on a culinary journey together when they opened Sinabro, introducing Modern French Cuisine to Battersea Rise, London, in June 2014. Yoann takes the helm as the lone Chef, while Sujin oversees the Front of House.
Yoann CHEVET hails from Loire et Cher and began his culinary exploration at the tender age of 14. His creations epitomize fresh, seasonal ingredients, drawing from his innate French culinary roots, often infused with the vibrant influences of his foodie wife from Seoul, South Korea.
Yoann honed his skills at renowned establishments such as Taillevent, Le Meurice, and La Table de Joël Robuchon in Paris before making his mark in London with the opening of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in 2006.
He further enriched his culinary journey with contributions to the inaugural Michelin star ventures of Hélène Darroze at the Connaught and Galvin at Windows.
Sujin's career took flight with Asiana Airlines as a Flight Attendant, where she traversed the globe extensively. As her passion for food and diverse cultures blossomed, she pursued retraining at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, delving into Cuisine, Patisserie, and Oenology. Her culinary path led her to roles at Pavillon Ledoyen and La Table de Joël Robuchon in Paris, where she found her lifelong companion.
Together, they curate Sinabro's cellar, handpicking wines showcasing various grape varieties, primarily sourced from esteemed winemakers across France.
