Preheat the oven to 180C (160C fan) then bake your double sealed (parchment/foil) dish 

for 15 minutes. 

Remember fish will continue to cook while resting, do not overcook.

Transfer the packets onto a plate >

Cut around the folded sealing edge with scissors as you can see from the video 

(we sealed only with parchment) >

Add coriander, chilly and a dash of freshly squeezed lime juice.

 

Cream, Coconut milk 

There's no need to add coriander or chilly at the end if you prefer without it ; )
