Oven:  Remove packaging/place on a baking tray > 200C (180C fan) for 10mins.  

Pan-fry:  Each side until it’s golden brown and crispy.  Start at high heat and reduce to medium heat.  It contains enough clarified butter, so you don't need to add more butter.
