Aumônière of Salmon and Cod, Red Wine Sauce

  • Fishes cooked in sweet cabbages and delicate aromatic notes of brunoised garnishes and red wine running extremely well together.

    We use veal stock from veal bones to enhance the flavour of red wine sauce.


    Serve 1 as a Starter.
