No further process is needed.

It is best served cold temperature.

However, if you prefer to have this hot, you can heat this up.

(Heat only fresh beans and soup in the microwave.

Do not overheat to enjoy delicate fresh peas and beans)

Beautiful plating is key here.

Place your ricotta and fresh beans in the middle of your bowl (make it high and voluminous) > pour the cold or hot soup delicately around > a last minute dizzle of olive oil, mint and buckwheat mixture on the top.
